volunteer coaches and instructors
1. A volunteer application and background check with the Minnesota BCA.

The volunteer application can be submitted online.
The district will send an email with specific instructions for completing the background check.
*If you are a volunteer coach, the fee will be paid by Community Education.
2. All Coaches need to complete the Concussion Video.

After participating in the concussion training, you will be able to print a certificate of completion. This can be sent to the Community Education office.

Pre-registration is required for all classes - unless otherwise noted.

Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.

Payment for the class must be received before your registration is complete.

If you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive registration confirmation. If you do not receive an email receipt within 72 hours of sending in your registration, please call.

No refunds will be given after the first class session. Consideration will be given to any appeal in letter form sent to the advisory council.

Community Education activities are open to registrants of all ages unless otherwise specified.

If school is canceled, Community Education activities will also be canceled.

Students not picked up by the end of the activity will be sent to M.A.P and charged the usual rate for that service.

If a class is canceled, a notice will be sent through "notify me/my calendar". Please register for classes and activities that meet more than once by signing up for "Notify Me." A credit or refund will be given if a class is canceled.
